Wholesale Price Information
Our wholesale prices are based on quantities in each item group (being the prefix of our item codes). Discounts depend on quantities ordered.
Wholesale prices can be viewed by going to "Change Price Set"and then click on "Wholesale Prices".
Minimum order quantity is 5 per item with a total order of min. 100 items.
Our international Delivery Term is FCA (Free Carrier) Melbourne (Victoria, Australia) by FedEx excluding any local taxes, duties and levies destination.
Deliveries in Australia will be arranged by Australia Post and a postal and handling fee added. Items not in stock will require an additional 4 weeks delivery time.
Nepalese Customs & Currency regulations stipulate that all exports be paid prior to shipping of merchandise, hence an advance advance payment with orders is required.

Change Price Set
Return/Refund Policy
All the sales are final, anyhow we are committed to replace any the faulty products with the same or equal value products. We will deliver free all the replacements for faulty products that have been returned to us. Please contact us for any concern you may have for the replacements of faulty products: admin@creator-silvercrafts.com
We cannot refund our sold products as Nepalese currency restrictions limit our international refunds.
